How Can severe Headache Along With Heartburn Be Treated?

Morning.. I am experiencing lack of sleep, body aches, headache, heartburn..and night sweat, pains in abdominal.. and a sharp pain mostly at night in the groin area. This has been going on for years and it s getting worse, I feel this daily. I have done a fully blood count test, ecg, chest xray, but all are negative. Currently I am taking trepiline, inflammatory and pain pills but not helping.
